The 2024 season has just ended with a full schedule, thanks to all our guests.
To better meet the growing demand, we have just opened bookings for the 2025 season, with availability starting from the spring holidays and closing, as every year, at the end of September.
Rental details by season
Our rental rates vary depending on the season to allow us to offer you the most suitable price for your needs.
AVRIL, MAI , JUIN, SEPT
- Vacation period from April to the end of June and September
- Minimum rental of 4 NIGHTS with flexible arrival and departure days
- Excludes concierge fees, bed linen, and household linen rental
JUILLET & AOUT
- Summer period in July and August.
- Minimum rental of 7 NIGHTS.
- Excludes concierge fees, bed linen, and household linen rental
Tourist tax
A tourist tax is added to the price of your stay at this establishment. This tax is collected at the time of payment for the rental.

General rental terms and conditions
BOOKING RESTRICTION
PARTIES PROHIBITED
We are committed to preserving the care given to this place and maintaining its village setting.
NO SMOKING
Out of respect for future guests, smoking is strictly prohibited both outside the house and on the property.
NO PETS ALLOWED
Although we love the company of animals, we cannot accommodate them in reservations.
RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS
Located in the heart of a quiet Provençal village in the historic district of Aiguines, many local residents live here year-round.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
To ensure proper preparation for your arrival and that of future guests, check-in must be after 4 p.m., and check-out before 10 a.m.
CLEANLINESS & EQUIPMENT CARE
Please take care of the equipment provided and leave the villa as clean as you found it.
RESERVATION & DEPOSIT
The reservation request is made through the form at the top of this page, indicating the week you wish to book and the number of people for the reservation (maximum capacity of 6).
The total rental price communicated to you will include all charges as well as tourist taxes.
We cannot accept reservations from persons under 18 years of age.
Early booking (at least 2 months before arrival) |
To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 40% of the total rental amount, payable by credit card on this site. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 15 days before your arrival date. A reminder email will be sent to you for online payment. |

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A deposit of €400 will be required when paying the remaining balance of the rental. It will be refunded within a week after the property inspection. If any damages are found, we will be obliged to deduct the repair costs from the deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation of the reserved stay must be communicated by email and will only be considered valid after confirmation via email.
A refund of the amounts paid, minus online payment fees (3%), will be issued for cancellations made up to 30 days before the arrival date.
No refunds will be issued after this 1-month deadline.
In case of early departure, for any reason, the full amount of the stay will be charged. No claims will be accepted.
It is reminded that, in accordance with Article L. 121-21-8 12° of the French Consumer Code, the customer does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 121-21 of the French Consumer Code. The following Terms of Sale specify the conditions for cancellation and/or modification of the reservation.
RENTAL PROCESS
Arrivals are from 4:00 p.m. onwards, and we kindly ask you to provide an estimated arrival time.
Departures must be before 10:00 a.m. to allow time for preparation for the next guests.
At the end of your stay, you are required to leave the premises in the condition you found them.
INSURANCE
Please check with your insurance company if the “holiday rental” clause is included in your home insurance policy. If it is not, an extension can be arranged for the duration of your stay.
It is advisable to subscribe to this coverage for the duration of your vacation, as you are responsible for any damage or harm caused.
