Villa OVerdon, located in the picturesque village of Aiguines, is a charming home offering an exceptional view of Lake Sainte-Croix and is close to the Gorges du Verdon. With a living space of 110 m², it features a spacious 56 m² living room/kitchen opening onto a panoramic terrace, as well as three garden-level bedrooms, each with terrace access. The villa also boasts a 500 m² bucolic garden, offering a peaceful setting and breathtaking views of the lake. Modern and comfortable amenities, such as air conditioning, a five-burner stove, an American-style fridge, and outdoor furniture, complete this idyllic setting.
